Delete my account

You can delete your MyProgram account and all associated data directly from the app, or by emailing us at info@achyl.be.

From the app (recommended)

Open the MyProgram app
Go to the Profile tab
Scroll down to the Account section
Tap Delete my account
Confirm the deletion

Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

By email

If you can't access the app, send a message to info@achyl.be from the email address associated with your account. We process requests within 7 business days.

Data deleted

Account and profile (name, email, photo)
Programs and sessions you created
Workout history
Nutrition journal, weight and targets
Health data: reported discomforts, sleep and recovery
League participation and WOD scores
Preferences and notifications

Anonymized data may be retained for statistical purposes (total number of users, aggregate performance) in a form that cannot be used to re-identify you.
