The website is hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. The app's backend infrastructure (database and authentication) is hosted by Supabase, Inc., in the Zurich region (Switzerland).
3. Intellectual property
The MyProgram name, logo, app and website content are the property of Achyl Studio. Reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written consent is prohibited.

5. Liability
Achyl Studio strives to provide accurate information but cannot guarantee the app or website will be free of errors or interruptions. MyProgram is not a medical service: no diagnosis or treatment is offered. The app adapts your training programs and, where applicable, your nutrition; these adaptations are suggestions, and you always stay in control. In case of pain, injury or doubt, consult a health professional.
