Terms of Use

1. The service

MyProgram generates personalized training programs based on your goal, level, equipment and availability, and lets you log sessions, join discipline leagues, and track your position on a global ranking.

2. Account

You must create an account to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Free trial & subscription

New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. No card is charged during the trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews at €4.99/month, billed through your Google Play account. You can cancel at any time from your Play Store subscription settings — the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of subscription. By requesting immediate access to the service, you agree that its performance begins before the end of that period; the 7-day free trial lets you, in practice, try the service without any payment.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app: no impersonation, no falsifying league or ranking results, no reverse engineering, no reselling access.

6. Health disclaimer

MyProgram is not a medical service and does not aspire to be one. No diagnosis or treatment is offered.

The app only adapts your training programs and, where applicable, your nutrition — for example by taking into account discomfort or pain that you declare. These adaptations are suggestions: you always stay in control, and you remain free to follow, change or ignore them.

In case of pain, injury or doubt, consult a health professional. Also consult one before starting any new program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition or injury. You train under your own responsibility.

7. Intellectual property

The app, website, generated programs, and all related content are the property of Achyl Studio. Your workout data belongs to you and can be exported or deleted at any time.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". Achyl Studio is not liable for injuries resulting from training performed without appropriate supervision or beyond your actual physical capacity.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time (see Delete my account). Achyl Studio may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Belgium, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.
