On Claude plans that accept custom connectors. The tool list is frozen when you add the connector: if a new tool ships, remove the connector and add it again.

What people ask us.

Can it change my account?
No. It does not tick your sessions, does not change your programs, writes nothing. A program it drops off waits for you to read it and confirm in the app — and it expires after 24 hours if you do nothing.
What exactly does it read with?
With your account, never with a master key. Access goes through an authorization you grant from MyProgram: your assistant never sees your password, and it can only read what you would see yourself in the app.
Can it see my discomfort and my sleep?
Only if you have consented to fitness data in the app (Profile → Privacy). It then reads your current discomfort, the instructions you have confirmed and your recovery over the last 7 nights — without being able to change anything. MyProgram is not a medical service, and neither is your assistant: if pain is strong or lasts, see a health professional.
Is an imported program driven by the MyProgram engine?
No. It comes in as a personal program: you follow it, you tick it, you edit it by hand. No score, no automatic adaptation — your assistant wrote it, our engine did not.
Where is the program it just dropped off?
At the top of the Programs tab, under “A program is waiting for you”. If it is not there, the assistant also gave you a link and a code, valid for 24 hours.
I sign in with Google and the page asks for a password.
The authorization page expects an email and a password. Set one in the app — Profile → Password — then try again.
It says it can only see my profile.
Its tool list dates from the day you added the connector. Remove it, add it again, and start a new conversation.
How do I revoke access?
In the app: Profile → Integrations → MCP → Revoke access. The assistant’s next call is refused, immediately.
